NCAE works closely with the Immigration and Naturalization Service, the Departments of Labor and Agriculture, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Environmental Protection Agency on issues such as: temporary foreign agricultural worker programs, farmworker pesticide exposure standards, and wage and hour enforcements.
