As your voice in Washington, D.C., NCAE represents your interests before Congress on critical farm labor issues, such as worker's compensation insurance, child labor laws, mandated employee benefits, the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act, and immigration laws.
NCAE works closely with the Immigration and Naturalization Service, the Departments of Labor and Agriculture, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Environmental Protection Agency on issues such as: temporary foreign agricultural worker programs, farmworker pesticide exposure standards, and wage and hour enforcements.
